ARTIST, TINKERER, PROGRAMMER & MUSICIAN
Ken Murphy is artist, tinkerer, programmer, and musician living in San Francisco. His work has ranged from very simple interactive electronic pieces, to more ambitious long-term time-lapse projects, some spanning several years. He is a past artist-in-residence at the Exploratorium museum in San Francisco, where he developed several time lapse installations and interactive exhibits. Ken is the author of "Blinkybugs!", a combination book and kit that teaches kids creative uses of technology, and has written several DIY articles for Make, Popular Science, and Popular Mechanics magazines.
