About this Event
How will we work in the future? How can we shape the way we work in order to experience fulfilment and a sense of purpose? What impulses for contemporary working conditions come from the cultural and creative industries?
For several years now, the world of work has been undergoing structural change. Automation, digitalization, demographic change, the pandemic, but also the need for a better work-life balance and personal development are pushing us to question how we work. As a result, we have witnessed the emergence of approaches and practices that lead to an innovative and value-driven work.
As part of the Netzdialog series of events, organized by the Kompetenzzentrum für Kutlur- & Kreativwirtschaft des Bundes in collaboration with STATE, we invite you to an evening on the topic of New Work, where we will highlight particular practices and initiatives from which we can draw inspiration to accompany the transition to a better future.
For each Network Dialogue, we invite actors from the cultural and creative industries to share their perspective on a particular topic. You will also have the opportunity to network with other participants and deepen insights together, discover a surprising intervention or get active in a workshop that makes New Work trends more tangible. Last but not least, our bartender will show you how to make a special cocktail!
