The ArtScience Monthly is about putting our curiosity into action and learning from one another. We invite you to join in these open and informal evenings, where we'll create playful situations for one-on-one interactions with other participants. We'll share thoughts, practice open-mindedness and form new bonds while imagining alternative futures beyond disciplinary boundaries.

On June 16th, we'll start the evening with inspiration talks by Jonas Wendelin, a multidisciplinary artist whose work explores technological evolution and social organization, and Saba Nojoumi, a researcher scientist with expertise in Biological Chemistry and Molecular Pharmacology.

Following the group interactions, we'll present you the experimental installation Brainpalace by Tatjana Busch; currently on view at our exhibition space STATE Studio.

Program of the evening

19:00 Introduction Round
19:10 Inspiration Talks
19:30 Interactive Rounds in Breakout Rooms
20:00 Collective Exchange
20:15 Open Flow with soundscapes

About the ArtScience Monthly

Every third Tuesday of the month, we invite you to join in these open and informal evenings, where we create playful situations for interactions with other participants. We share thoughts, practice open-mindedness and create new bonds, while imagining alternative futures by crossing perspectives beyond disciplinary boundaries. Besides, each session starts with impulse talks by an artist and a scientist; just enough to get inspired and start off an exchange!

These events are organized by STATE Studio in the framework of Curious Minds: a community program that aims to explore new forms of collective thinking, learning and acting at the intersection of art and science.

About the Community

Curious Minds is a community program that aims to explore new forms of collective thinking, learning and acting at the intersection of art, science and technology. Every third Tuesday of the month, we host an open meet-up, the ArtScience Monthly, that invites new curious minds to get involved.
